Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
  • nine months of prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant
  • prior leadership experience at work or classroom environment
  • must be at least 21 years old at program start
  • 100% relocatable after program completion
  • dedicated team player
  • enthusiastic and personable
  • graduated within one year

Job Duties

  • Participate in comprehensive training across all hotel departments
  • shadow and assist the General Manager and other leaders
  • manage front-line positions including guest services and night audit
  • learn operational standards in food and beverage, housekeeping, and laundry
  • develop leadership and administrative skills
  • serve as Manager on Duty during shifts
  • transition into supervisory or management roles after program completion
