Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- nine months of prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant
- prior leadership experience at work or classroom environment
- must be at least 21 years old at program start
- 100% relocatable after program completion
- dedicated team player
- enthusiastic and personable
- graduated within one year

Job Duties
- Participate in comprehensive training across all hotel departments
- shadow and assist the General Manager and other leaders
- manage front-line positions including guest services and night audit
- learn operational standards in food and beverage, housekeeping, and laundry
- develop leadership and administrative skills
- serve as Manager on Duty during shifts
- transition into supervisory or management roles after program completion
