- AOP approval
- Completion of Certified Manager Program including ServSafe certification
- Pass a background check
- Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and train others
- Certification in all positions on service or production track
- Commitment to food safety and health safety
- Prior experience at Panera bakery-cafe for at least 90 days
