Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to handle fast paced and high stress situations
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Able to provide feedback and recommendations on store and employee performance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Learn all aspects of store operation including sandwich preparation and customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized shift environment
- Manage store level metrics to ensure restaurant profitability
- Oversee day-to-day store operations as an assistant manager
- Lead and supervise employees ensuring proper execution of duties
- Execute systems and procedures with integrity
- Organize and establish priorities in the store
