Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to handle fast paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Able to provide feedback and recommendations on store and employee performance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Learn all aspects of store operation to ensure fast and accurate sandwich preparation
- Deliver world-class customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage store level metrics to ensure profitability
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead employees by example and uphold company policies
- Provide feedback and recommendations on store and employee performance
