Job Requirements
- retail and/or food service background
- minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisor, manager, or leadership role
- ability to work with and analyze sales numbers, ratios, measurements, percentages
- ability to read and comprehend instructions
- ability to write professional reports and memos
- ability to speak before a group with poise
- minimum of high school diploma
- able to lift up to 40 lbs
- able to stand for prolonged periods of 8+ hours
- available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- full-time availability of at least 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- minimum of high school diploma
- experience in retail and/or food service
- 1-2 years in a supervisory, manager, or leadership role with a team of at least 5 people
- ability to analyze sales numbers and ratios
- strong communication skills including professional writing and public speaking
- preferred associate's or bachelor's degree or combination of education and supervisory experience
Job Duties
- lead the team with exceptional performance in guest service, sales, profits, quality, and employee engagement
- maintain excellence in product quality and store environment
- assist with cash management, inventory, ordering, and product display
- support the Store Manager in daily retail operations
- set goals and develop the team to achieve performance targets
- solve problems efficiently and maintain organizational standards
