Job Requirements

  • Recent graduate or graduating senior from an accredited four-year college or university preferably in hospitality business management
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a variety of work environments and roles indoors outdoors seated and standing or walking

Job Duties

  • Work alongside the food and beverage team to serve guests in a la carte banquet and pool service dining spaces
  • Collaborate with management team to oversee pool snack bar service in the summertime
  • Resolve member complaints and display effective service recovery tactics
  • Contribute to various managerial tasks including inventory scheduling hiring training
  • Participate in learning opportunities including club tours CMAA education reading assignments projects
  • Complete year-end project as assigned by internship coordinator
