Job Requirements
- Recent graduate or graduating senior from an accredited four-year college or university preferably in hospitality business management
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a variety of work environments and roles indoors outdoors seated and standing or walking

Job Duties
- Work alongside the food and beverage team to serve guests in a la carte banquet and pool service dining spaces
- Collaborate with management team to oversee pool snack bar service in the summertime
- Resolve member complaints and display effective service recovery tactics
- Contribute to various managerial tasks including inventory scheduling hiring training
- Participate in learning opportunities including club tours CMAA education reading assignments projects
- Complete year-end project as assigned by internship coordinator
