Job Requirements
- Work alongside the food and beverage team to serve guest in a la carte, banquet, and pool service dining spaces
- Collaborate with management team to oversee pool snack bar service in the summertime
- Resolve member complaints and display effective service recovery tactics
- Contribute to various managerial tasks, including inventory, scheduling, hiring, training, etc.
- Participate in learning opportunities, including club tours, CMAA education, reading assignments, and projects
- Complete year-end project as assigned by internship coordinator
Job Qualifications
- Recent graduate or graduating senior from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in hospitality business management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a variety of work environments and roles - indoors, outdoors, seated, and standing/walking
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
