Job Requirements

  • Recent graduate or graduating senior from an accredited four-year college or university
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • high attention to detail
  • capability to work in diverse work environments indoors and outdoors
  • physical ability to engage in both seated and standing or walking tasks
  • willingness to participate in the Predictive Index behavioral assessment

Job Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or graduating senior from an accredited four-year college or university preferably in hospitality business management
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • high level of attention to detail
  • ability to work in a variety of work environments and roles indoors, outdoors, seated, and standing or walking
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Work alongside the food and beverage team to serve guests in a la carte, banquet, and pool service dining spaces
  • collaborate with management team to oversee pool snack bar service in the summertime
  • resolve member complaints and display effective service recovery tactics
  • contribute to various managerial tasks including inventory, scheduling, hiring, and training
  • participate in learning opportunities including club tours, CMAA education, reading assignments, and projects
  • complete year-end project as assigned by internship coordinator
