Job Requirements
- Recent graduate or graduating senior from an accredited four-year college or university
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- strong communication skills
- high attention to detail
- capability to work in diverse work environments indoors and outdoors
- physical ability to engage in both seated and standing or walking tasks
- willingness to participate in the Predictive Index behavioral assessment
Job Qualifications
- Recent graduate or graduating senior from an accredited four-year college or university preferably in hospitality business management
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- high level of attention to detail
- ability to work in a variety of work environments and roles indoors, outdoors, seated, and standing or walking
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
Job Duties
- Work alongside the food and beverage team to serve guests in a la carte, banquet, and pool service dining spaces
- collaborate with management team to oversee pool snack bar service in the summertime
- resolve member complaints and display effective service recovery tactics
- contribute to various managerial tasks including inventory, scheduling, hiring, and training
- participate in learning opportunities including club tours, CMAA education, reading assignments, and projects
- complete year-end project as assigned by internship coordinator
