- previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team

Job Duties
- assist with day-to-day operations of the bagel shop including opening and closing procedures
- learn how to manage staff provide coaching and maintain a positive team environment
- ensure exceptional customer service including greeting customers resolving complaints and maintaining a friendly atmosphere
- oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and tracking product usage
- help with scheduling and managing shift coverage
- monitor food quality cleanliness and safety standards
- learn financial operations including budgeting and ensuring profitability
