Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • AOP approval
  • Completion of Certified Manager Program (CMP) including ServSafe
  • Ability to submit to and pass a background check
  • Experience working in a Panera bakery-cafe for at least 90 days
  • Certified in service or production roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts
  • Commitment to food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Working in a Panera bakery-cafe for at least 90 days
  • Certified in all positions on service or production track including Coffee, Barista, Bakery Backer, Dining Room, Cashier, Prep, Soups, Salads/Hot Entrees, Sandwiches, Consolidator
  • Completion of Certified Manager Program (CMP) including ServSafe
  • Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and train others in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to food safety and health safety
