  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program

  • Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Staffing and scheduling department team members within budgeted labor guidelines
  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation and continued development of team members
  • Conducting team meetings and providing regular performance feedback
  • Implementing incentive programs to motivate team members
  • Managing food quality, recipe adherence and portion control in the Heart of House
  • Supervising bar operations including inventory control and alcohol service compliance
  • Monitoring guest comments and resolving food quality complaints promptly
  • Utilizing restaurant performance measurement tools to identify issues and implement solutions
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
  • Overseeing administrative tasks such as inventory management, invoices and end of day procedures
  • Developing action plans to address operational problems
  • Managing food and beverage costs to meet profit goals
  • Creating sales building incentive contests
  • Promoting a safe and customer-friendly environment
  • Assisting General Manager with coaching other managers and team members
