Job Requirements
- Relevant retail or supply chain management experience
- Ability to stand and walk up to 9 hours per day
- Ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
- Regular use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations
- Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach regularly
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 50 lbs
- No degree required but relevant skills and alignment with core values essential
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management overseeing site operations and sales
- Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Skill in addressing difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
- Service leadership approach and desire to exceed expectations
Job Duties
- Support the management of a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse/retail operation in business-to-business sales environment and lead operations in absence of the Branch Manager
- Maintain a detailed and comprehensive understanding of the location’s daily functions and operational needs
- Manage customer sales issues and assist Branch Manager with scheduling needs
- Develop and train 15-25 team members to ensure consistent processes and procedures while role modeling company values
- Utilize DISC profiling to build a cohesive and high-performing team
- Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure products comply with regulatory and quality standards
- Support department managers with daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and sales
- Manage escalated customer and employee complaints, incident reports, and legal actions
- Support Membership and Gold Membership growth
- Promote growth and utilization of TRS.com across customers
- Manage safety and maintenance needs of the building and equipment
