Job Requirements

  • Graduating senior or recent university graduate with preference for Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Strong interest in hospitality, service, and operations
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Basic hotel product knowledge including staffing, operations, safety, security, terminology, and hotel policies
  • Basic knowledge of the hotel structure and layout and how all departments interact
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional internal and external interactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team

Job Duties

  • Participate in departmental rotations and support daily operations
  • Deliver high-quality guest service and uphold brand standards
  • Assist supervisors and managers with operational and administrative tasks
  • Learn scheduling, inventory control, reporting, and basic financial processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support resort initiatives
