Job Requirements
- Graduating senior or recent university graduate with preference for Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in hospitality, service, and operations
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Basic hotel product knowledge including staffing, operations, safety, security, terminology, and hotel policies
- Basic knowledge of the hotel structure and layout and how all departments interact
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional internal and external interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team
Job Duties
- Participate in departmental rotations and support daily operations
- Deliver high-quality guest service and uphold brand standards
- Assist supervisors and managers with operational and administrative tasks
- Learn scheduling, inventory control, reporting, and basic financial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support resort initiatives
