Job Duties

  • make the store schedule with limited weekend requirements
  • place a weekly product order
  • complete a store inventory weekly
  • handle cash deposits and ensure proper records are kept
  • monitor store sales trends and individual barista's performance
  • hire and manage team members
  • build relationships with customers
  • nurture a positive work culture with staff members
  • provide coaching and direction for the team
  • set goals for the barista team
  • hire, promote, and correct baristas as needed
  • ensure exceptional customer service with a customer comes first attitude
  • ability to solve problems independently during high volume times
  • engage baristas in meeting performance indicators
