Job Duties
- make the store schedule with limited weekend requirements
- place a weekly product order
- complete a store inventory weekly
- handle cash deposits and ensure proper records are kept
- monitor store sales trends and individual barista's performance
- hire and manage team members
- build relationships with customers
- nurture a positive work culture with staff members
- provide coaching and direction for the team
- set goals for the barista team
- hire, promote, and correct baristas as needed
- ensure exceptional customer service with a customer comes first attitude
- ability to solve problems independently during high volume times
- engage baristas in meeting performance indicators
