Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- minimum of nine months prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant settings
- prior leadership experience in academic or work environments
- ability to relocate 100% after program completion
- energetic and personable with a strong commitment to guest service
- willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
- recent college graduate or within one year post-graduation
Job Qualifications
- college senior graduating with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- nine months of prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant settings
- prior leadership experience in work or academic environments
- energetic and personable with a passion for hospitality
- dedicated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- 100% relocatable after completion of the program
- graduates can apply for the program up to one year post-graduation
Job Duties
- participate in comprehensive training across all hotel operations including guest services and food and beverage
- gain hands-on experience in front-line hotel roles before transitioning to management duties
- serve as Manager on Duty during training to develop leadership and decision-making skills
- collaborate with mentors and General Manager for ongoing professional development
- learn and execute night audit, laundry, and housekeeping processes
- assist with administrative and operational management tasks
- transition into supervisory or management roles upon program completion
