Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management
  • Ability to manage a large warehouse/retail operation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Capability to lift and handle weights up to 50lbs
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region and to corporate office
  • Business proficiency in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 9 hours daily

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Service leadership approach with a desire to exceed expectations

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management overseeing site operations and sales
  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Support the management of a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse/retail operation in a business-to-business sales environment and lead operations in the absence of the Branch Manager
  • Maintain a detailed and comprehensive understanding of the location’s daily functions and operational needs
  • Manage customer sales issues and assist Branch Manager with scheduling needs
  • Develop and train 15-25 team members to ensure consistent processes and procedures while role modeling company values
  • Understand and utilize DISC profiling to build a cohesive and high-performing team
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards
  • Support department managers with daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and sales
  • Ensure company standards and procedures are followed including management of escalated customer or employee complaints, incident reports, and legal actions
  • Support membership and gold membership growth year over year in the local market
  • Support the growth and utilization of TRS.com across the customer base
  • Manage overall safety and maintenance needs of the building and equipment
