- Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred

- Ability to develop and coach team members
- Skilled with basic math computations
- Experience with performance management and employee development
Job Duties
- Manage staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and ongoing development of department team members
- Maintain department at training store certification through WCT training
- Develop direct reports through action and development plans
- Coordinate with other managers on hiring and growth opportunities
- Create weekly department schedules within labor budget guidelines
- Develop and implement incentive programs and contests
- Provide regular performance feedback and appraisals
- Administer merit increase process
- Assist General Manager with coaching of managers
- Oversee performance management of Bar, Hospitality and Assistant Managers
- Utilize support teams and subject matter experts
- Coach direct reports on service standards and guest experience
- Hold departmental meetings to communicate successes and opportunities
- Ensure all team members have state-required training and permits
- Identify new guest attraction techniques
- Run restaurant Guest Comment program and handle complaints timely
- Facilitate adherence to food product rollouts
- Ensure food quality, recipe adherence, and portion control
- Communicate with food and beverage vendors
- Maintain menu specifications and systems
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and implement action plans
- Conduct administrative manager functions like inventory and invoicing
- Monitor department equipment and report repairs
- Operate according to Board of Health and food safety standards
- Manage bar product rollouts and inventory
- Oversee bar cost tools usage
- Manage overall food, beverage costs and labor
- Aggressively manage waste, comps, voids, and discounts
- Support local marketing program implementation
- Create and implement sales incentive contests
- Complete all assigned duties and tasks
