- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school education or equivalent
- Completion of management certification program
- Proven experience in restaurant or retail management
- Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Skilled with basic mathematical computations

- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Duties
- Manage staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and development of department team members
- Maintain department training store certification
- Develop direct reports with action and development plans
- Coordinate with other department managers on hiring decisions
- Create weekly schedules within budgeted labor guidelines
- Develop and implement incentive programs and contests
- Provide performance feedback and conduct appraisals
- Administer merit increase processes
- Assist General Manager with coaching and performance management
- Utilize company support teams when necessary
- Provide coaching to ensure service standards and guest experience
- Hold departmental meetings to communicate goals and feedback
- Ensure team members have current state required training
- Manage guest comment program and handle food quality complaints
- Facilitate and ensure adherence to food and bar product rollouts
- Communicate with vendors and maintain quality standards
- Ensure recipe and system adherence
- Analyze restaurant performance tools (GEM, QSCs, audits, P&L) and implement action plans
- Conduct administrative manager functions including invoices and inventory
- Monitor and maintain department equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations
- Manage overall food and beverage costs and labor results
- Implement sales building incentive contests
- Assist with execution of local restaurant marketing programs
- Complete other assigned duties as needed
