Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with agency and vendor management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in marketing focusing on in-restaurant, retail, or brand marketing execution
- Proven experience managing end-to-end production of in-restaurant signage, POP, or menu boards
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Experience managing external creative agencies and production vendors
- Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
- Sharp creative eye for visual content and brand standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Preferred experience in the QSR industry or fast-paced consumer brand environment
- Familiarity with digital menu board platforms and print production workflows
- Exposure to OOH production and packaging creative processes
- Experience managing or mentoring direct reports
- Working knowledge of sales analytics and performance reporting tools
Job Duties
- Lead the end-to-end creative process for all in-restaurant POP and merchandise assets
- Own day-to-day relationships with key external creative agency and production vendor partners
- Oversee product photoshoots, providing on-site creative direction
- Lead market test assets to evaluate creative effectiveness and optimize POP placement and messaging
- Ensure all assets reflect brand guidelines, messaging hierarchy, and visual identity standards
- Own the menu board promotional calendar including placement mapping and QA
- Lead packaging initiatives for the U.S. market and coordinate with agencies through final artwork release
- Oversee creative development and production of OOH assets and collaborate with Media team for digital and static billboard executions
- Collaborate with Regional Team and Franchisees for POP needs in new store openings and manage marketing materials delivery
- Manage multiple complex workstreams with tight deadlines, balancing quality and budget
- Negotiate scope efficiencies with external partners and track budgets
- Directly manage and develop a Senior Analyst, providing coaching and feedback
