Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of branded timeshare marketing experience
  • at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate marketing professionals
  • proven track record of success in field marketing
  • must be flexible and able to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Lead team to support overall department processes and procedures
  • enforce departmental and company guidelines and policies
  • maintain daily interactions with marketing locations
  • recruit and interview potential new team members
  • participate in new hire training and mentoring
  • schedule and conduct ongoing workshops and training sessions
  • seek feedback from resort operations, sales and tour reception
  • provide weekly updates to Senior Director of Marketing
  • interact and partner with all departments
  • foster relationships with sales and tour reception
  • participate and lead department meetings and training
  • coach individual team members to maximize sales efficiency
  • organize monthly training for underperforming team members
  • inform Senior Director of relevant business or team updates
  • implement and maintain productivity tools
  • assist in performance documentation and coaching
  • respond to payroll and incentive inquiries
  • create and maintain a motivated team environment
  • handle employee relations with management and HR support
  • manage staffing levels and schedules
  • verify and update policies, procedures, and training manuals
  • achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • resolve customer relations issues
  • ensure availability of current promotional materials
  • cover shifts as needed
  • monitor marketing presentations and customer interactions
  • ensure staffing coverage at all locations
  • anticipate challenges and problem solve with management
  • uphold company values
  • fulfill other management requests
  • be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and other required times
