Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any restaurant area
- Ability to operate Point of Sale system
- Physical ability to bend, stand, walk entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
- Experience in supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities

- Managing inventory and money control systems

- Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
- Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
- Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant readiness
- Planning special events and promotions
