Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
Experience in supervising and training staff
Excellent communication skills
Computer knowledge
Ability to work any restaurant area
Ability to operate Point of Sale system
Physical ability to bend, stand, walk entire workday
Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
College degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
Experience in supervising and training staff
Excellent communication skills
Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system
Strong teamwork and leadership abilities

Job Duties

Providing an excellent guest experience
Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
Managing inventory and money control systems
Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
Recruiting staff
Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
Being a team player
Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members
Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant readiness
Planning special events and promotions
