Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel environment
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ability to train, motivate, and coach a diverse team
- knowledge of brand standards, cleaning procedures, and chemical safety
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30-40 lbs throughout the shift
- flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping team members to ensure consistent service standards
- conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance
- create daily room assignments, manage staffing levels, and monitor productivity
- resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high service satisfaction
- manage inventory, ordering, and proper handling of supplies, chemicals, and equipment
- ensure adherence to OSHA, safety, and company compliance protocols
- coordinate with hotel leadership and front office on room readiness and operational needs
- maintain accurate records including room status, inspections, and payroll-related documentation
