Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years related hotel operations experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
  • Minimum 3 years hotel operations experience
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and manage staff for hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, RV Park, Valet
  • Develop and implement operational goals and monitor achievement of performance and profit objectives
  • Create efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction
  • Assist in department budget process and ensure compliance with budget initiatives
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service standards and ensure team adherence
  • Maintain master and direct bill accounts coordinating with Accounting
  • Develop hotel policies and resolve occupant complaints supporting customer service programs
  • Maximize occupancy and revenue for hotel operations
  • Recommend financial activities including room rates, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report potential issues to Executive Management
  • Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and company matters
