Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years related hotel operations experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum 3 years hotel operations experience
- Strong leadership capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations and manage staff for hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, RV Park, Valet
- Develop and implement operational goals and monitor achievement of performance and profit objectives
- Create efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction
- Assist in department budget process and ensure compliance with budget initiatives
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service standards and ensure team adherence
- Maintain master and direct bill accounts coordinating with Accounting
- Develop hotel policies and resolve occupant complaints supporting customer service programs
- Maximize occupancy and revenue for hotel operations
- Recommend financial activities including room rates, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report potential issues to Executive Management
- Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and company matters
