Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles
  • Experience managing teams or direct reports
  • Proficiency in Hyperion, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to support diversity and inclusion initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis preferably in hospitality or a related industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software including Hyperion and PowerBI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experienced in preparing executive-level presentations and reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead development and preparation of executive-level materials including quarterly business reviews and board presentations
  • Analyze business trends and provide insights on key performance indicators to the CFO
  • Track and manage incentive compensation metrics including the Global Priorities Scorecard
  • Maintain accurate reporting via the Planning and Analysis Website and develop new reports for hotel and corporate users
  • Oversee HTLRPT Hyperion application and integrate new growth platforms for systematic reporting
  • Partner with Data & Analytics team to drive reporting enhancements and implement new analytical tools
  • Oversee and develop PowerBI dashboards for financial results analysis
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed
  • Directly manage and coach two senior analysts to support career development
