Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance or business role
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with financial systems like Hyperion or Oracle preferred
- Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI, Copilot/ChatGPT, and Alteryx preferred
- Hospitality industry experience preferred

- Proven experience communicating and working with senior management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Copilot/ChatGPT, and Alteryx preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the development and preparation of key executive-level materials including Quarterly Business Reviews, Board Presentations, Senior Leadership Team Presentations, Executive Committee Presentations, and Q&A materials for Quarterly Earnings calls
- Analyze business trends and provide insightful reporting on key performance indicators to the CFO
- Track and manage various incentive compensation metrics including the Global Priorities Scorecard for hotel-level incentive compensation plans
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting on the Planning and Analysis Website and contribute to the development of new reporting for hotel and corporate users
- Oversee the HTLRPT Hyperion application integration for new growth platforms and systematic reporting
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to drive reporting enhancements and deploy new analytical tools
- Manage and develop PowerBI dashboards to aid in analyzing financial results
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required
- Directly oversee and coach two senior analysts to support their career development
