Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance or business role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with financial systems like Hyperion or Oracle preferred
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI, Copilot/ChatGPT, and Alteryx preferred
  • Hospitality industry experience preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Proven experience communicating and working with senior management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Hyperion or Oracle financial systems preferred
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Copilot/ChatGPT, and Alteryx preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the development and preparation of key executive-level materials including Quarterly Business Reviews, Board Presentations, Senior Leadership Team Presentations, Executive Committee Presentations, and Q&A materials for Quarterly Earnings calls
  • Analyze business trends and provide insightful reporting on key performance indicators to the CFO
  • Track and manage various incentive compensation metrics including the Global Priorities Scorecard for hotel-level incentive compensation plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on the Planning and Analysis Website and contribute to the development of new reporting for hotel and corporate users
  • Oversee the HTLRPT Hyperion application integration for new growth platforms and systematic reporting
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to drive reporting enhancements and deploy new analytical tools
  • Manage and develop PowerBI dashboards to aid in analyzing financial results
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required
  • Directly oversee and coach two senior analysts to support their career development
