- Customer service excellence with proven ability to create positive patient, guest, and customer experience
Job Duties
- Manages financial resources, develops long-term plans and goals, leads initiatives, focuses on patient and guest quality experience, and expands current retail service outlets
- Functions effectively within the organization to assist with change, secures needed resources, develops staff and works collaboratively with other service lines creating a positive experience
- Effectively manages retail supervisor and hospitality services supervisor
- Utilizes Mircos POS system monitoring revenue and expenses, and understands department wide software interface capabilities
- Oversees customer service training for Guest Relation Associates, Baristas, and Hospitality Service Associates
- Enhances brand development for patient service line, retail service outlets, working within budgets as needed, and partners with Executive Chef on food cost percentages for retail environment
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
