Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT or managed services
- At least 3 years specializing in hospitality or real estate technology solutions
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Ability to engage senior leadership and maintain professional relationships
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and technology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be eligible to work remotely within the United States
- Willingness to travel 30%-40% as required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 8am-5pm local time with occasional after-hours
- Preference for candidates located in Florida
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT services, managed services, or enterprise technology with a focus on hospitality or real estate technology solutions for at least 3 years
- Demonstrated success in vertical market contribution and revenue achievement showcasing strong business acumen
- Professional presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and systems including PMS, POS, CRM, IoT, and guest experience technologies
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently and collaborate across sales, delivery, product, and partner teams
- Proven sales performer with established hospitality connections excelling in networking and relationship-building
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
Job Duties
- Prospect and generate pipeline, close new business, and expand within existing accounts in hotels, marinas, glamping resorts, etc.
- Manage hospitality sales function with potential to build a team based on success
- Leverage hospitality network to build relationships with GMs, owners, and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and manage pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
- Support development and execution of go-to-market strategy for the hospitality vertical
- Contribute to vertical growth objectives focusing on revenue, client satisfaction, and trusted relationships
- Engage in travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
