Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to work approximately 55+ hours per week
- Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible and extended hours
- Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Experience in staff hiring, training, and performance management

Job Duties
- Deliver revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing exceptional restaurant service
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by demonstrating a 'Do Whatever It Takes' attitude
- Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees and ensure cost control and labor management
- Inspect the establishment and observe operations to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Ensure paperwork accuracy, including daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records
- Ensure adequate staffing to meet guest needs and sales goals
- Maintain high-level communication with owners and stakeholders
- Maintain product and service quality standards by evaluating operations and addressing complaints
- Initiate corrective action as needed
- Ensure the security and safety of the restaurant, guests, and team members
- Lead special projects as directed by ownership
- Perform additional duties as required
