Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Ability to work approximately 55+ hours per week
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible and extended hours
  • Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and liquor regulations

Job Duties

  • Deliver revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing exceptional restaurant service
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by demonstrating a 'Do Whatever It Takes' attitude
  • Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees and ensure cost control and labor management
  • Inspect the establishment and observe operations to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Ensure paperwork accuracy, including daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records
  • Ensure adequate staffing to meet guest needs and sales goals
  • Maintain high-level communication with owners and stakeholders
  • Maintain product and service quality standards by evaluating operations and addressing complaints
  • Initiate corrective action as needed
  • Ensure the security and safety of the restaurant, guests, and team members
  • Lead special projects as directed by ownership
  • Perform additional duties as required
