Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of dining work experience
- Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds
- Mobility in dining room and kitchen
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for long periods
- Food safety certification renewed periodically
- Compliance with healthcare sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of work experience in dining
- 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
- Exposure to dining room operations preferred
- Food safety certification
- Ability to motivate and energize teams
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively
Job Duties
- Supervise dining operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Direct daily food delivery and service operations in the dining room
- Manage inventory including food, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure dining room cleanliness and stocking
- Enforce compliance with sanitation guidelines and healthcare regulations
- Train, coach, and mentor dining staff
- Establish and maintain operating and safety standards
- Implement process improvements
