Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health preferred
- Certification in health, safety, and environment for designated country
- Experience in health and safety roles in warehouse or manufacturing
- Knowledge of country-specific health and safety standards including OSHA, ISO, DOT, and EPA
- OSHA 10 hour or basic plant safety knowledge
- Current first aid/CPR first responder training desired
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel 50-75% and manage multiple facilities
- Flexibility for on-call and off-shift hours

Job Duties
- Identify, develop, and maintain company health and safety management systems, training programs, and procedures in line with legislation
- Perform monthly safety inspections and maintenance
- Represent the company at external audits and ensure compliance
- Design, revise, and implement health and safety procedures and updates
- Coordinate risk assessment activities and analyze data to develop safety strategies
- Investigate accidents, compile documentation, and liaise with relevant parties
- Deliver and administer safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors
- Participate in internal and external safety meetings, present data, and monitor actions
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve workplace safety and recommend safety features
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage documentation related to material handling equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
