Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide leadership for all guest experience staff at Enterprise Center & Stifel Theatre
- maintain effective communication that meets the needs of daily operations and front-line staff
- create standard operating procedures around hiring, onboarding, training, and developing staff
- oversee NPO Group Fundraising staffing program
- create and support training and rewards programs for guest experience staff
- develop event day training glossary and quick refresher one-sheets
- support other Guest Service Managers in their areas of oversight
- work with Senior Manager to set professional development targets
- design and implement employee recognition programs
- handle guest complaints and emergencies timely
- ensure compliance with union labor contract
- prepare reports for weekly event meetings
- facilitate regular department meetings
- work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- perform other duties as assigned
