Job Requirements

  • Four year degree in sports and entertainment or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership or management experience in sports and entertainment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience hiring, training, scheduling, managing a large part time staff
  • Strong observation skills and proactive addressing of guest and staff needs
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage EPC and STF steward and experience ambassadors scheduling
  • Manage EPC and STF steward and experience ambassadors assignments
  • Manage EPC and STF steward and experience ambassadors communications
  • Manage EPC and STF steward and experience ambassadors standards
  • Manage event day operations including building readiness
  • Manage event day operations including equipment readiness
  • Manage event day operations including event control oversight
  • Manage event day operations including GSC oversight
  • Manage guest experience staff payroll process
  • Manage attendance tracking and staff action reports including OAR and CAR
  • Work with Premium Experience Manager on employee recognition programs
  • Manage all aspects of sensory inclusivity within the facilities
  • Participate and lead GEPS department meetings
  • Populate and send end of night reports when serving as MOD
  • Provide leadership for the guest experience staff
  • Maintain exemplary customer service levels at all touchpoints
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Assist with guest experience policy and procedure development and compliance
  • Assist recruiting and development manager with recruiting, hiring, training and uniform programs
  • Develop and maintain a dependable event staff
  • Support other guest experience managers
  • Work with senior manager of guest experience on professional development targets
  • Address guest complaints and emergencies
  • Assist senior manager with staffing estimates and assignments
  • Ensure compliance with union labor contracts
  • Assist with management of guest experience interns
  • Perform other duties as assigned
