Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of parking, admissions, pass sales, hospitality or theme park operations experience with 1+ years supervisory experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, holidays and weekends
- Consistent attendance
- Strong guest and team interaction skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maximize operational efficiency
- Willingness to follow safety policies

Job Duties
- Ensure efficient operation of guest arrivals and guest programs and events
- Set strategies and standards within the department to meet and exceed key business objectives
- Lead and assist with projects, seasonal initiatives and sustainment efforts
- Promote and model behaviors that support guest arrivals attendants to maintain the sales through service process
- Monitor sales goals and create initiatives to drive financial success
- Analyze finance reports, operational statistics, guest satisfaction and incident reports to establish strategic plans
- Partner with operations director for planning and budget management
- Develop and adhere to labor and non-labor budgets
- Drive and execute plans that impact team member satisfaction, guest satisfaction and safety standards
- Hire, train, coach and mentor staff including assistant managers and supervisors
- Review, update and enforce company policies, operating and training manuals, and safety procedures
- Provide resort-wide duty manager coverage and respond to incidents and escalations
- Collaborate across departments to implement operational decisions and procedural changes
- Participate in environmental, health and safety responsibilities according to policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
