Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
3 or more years of parking, admissions, pass sales, hospitality or theme park operations experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
strong guest and team interaction skills
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to maximize efficiency and working procedures
consistent attendance is required
willingness to comply with safety and environmental protocols

Job Duties

Ensures efficient operation of guest arrivals and guest programs & events
set strategies and standards within the department
leads and assists with projects, seasonal initiatives, and sustainment efforts
monitors sales goals and creates innovative initiatives to drive financial success
analyzes daily finance reports, operational statistics, and guest satisfaction data
develops and adheres to labor and non-labor budgets
drives plans affecting team member and guest satisfaction and safety standards
recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and mentors staff
reviews and enforces company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
provides resort-wide duty manager coverage responding to incident and escalated situations
collaborates across departments to implement operational efficiencies
participates in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities
performs other duties as assigned
