Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 or more years of parking, admissions, pass sales, hospitality or theme park operations experience
- at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
- strong guest and team interaction skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to maximize efficiency and working procedures
- consistent attendance is required
- willingness to comply with safety and environmental protocols

- 3 or more years of experience in parking, admissions, pass sales, hospitality, or theme park operations with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- experience within a seasonal or regional theme park is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensures efficient operation of guest arrivals and guest programs & events
- set strategies and standards within the department
- leads and assists with projects, seasonal initiatives, and sustainment efforts
- monitors sales goals and creates innovative initiatives to drive financial success
- analyzes daily finance reports, operational statistics, and guest satisfaction data
- develops and adheres to labor and non-labor budgets
- drives plans affecting team member and guest satisfaction and safety standards
- recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and mentors staff
- reviews and enforces company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- provides resort-wide duty manager coverage responding to incident and escalated situations
- collaborates across departments to implement operational efficiencies
- participates in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities
- performs other duties as assigned
