Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 or more years of parking, admissions, pass sales, hospitality or theme park operations experience
  • at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
  • strong guest and team interaction skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to maximize efficiency and working procedures
  • consistent attendance is required
  • willingness to comply with safety and environmental protocols

  • experience within a seasonal or regional theme park is a plus

Job Duties

  • Ensures efficient operation of guest arrivals and guest programs & events
  • set strategies and standards within the department
  • leads and assists with projects, seasonal initiatives, and sustainment efforts
  • monitors sales goals and creates innovative initiatives to drive financial success
  • analyzes daily finance reports, operational statistics, and guest satisfaction data
  • develops and adheres to labor and non-labor budgets
  • drives plans affecting team member and guest satisfaction and safety standards
  • recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and mentors staff
  • reviews and enforces company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • provides resort-wide duty manager coverage responding to incident and escalated situations
  • collaborates across departments to implement operational efficiencies
  • participates in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities
  • performs other duties as assigned
