Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of relevant hotel sales or related hospitality experience
- Proven track record in group sales and negotiation
- Ability to travel 50 percent or more
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Delphi FDC sales system preferred
- Fluency in Spanish preferred

- Five years of hotel sales or hospitality-related experience
- Demonstrated success in group sales with strong prospecting and negotiation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of sales systems such as Delphi FDC
- Experience with all-inclusive properties
- Proficiency in Spanish written and oral
Job Duties
- Proactively generate new group business to maximize revenue and exceed sales goals
- Identify, develop, and secure new group business through proactive sales strategies, driving room and event revenue
- Develop and execute business strategies by analyzing historical, current, and future market trends
- Engage in outside sales calls, client meetings, tradeshows, and customer events
- Maintain an updated pipeline of business opportunities aligned with hotel objectives
- Coordinate customer specifications via Delphi FDC ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales and internal partners to secure business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve financial goals and strengthen customer relationships
- Represent the hotel in client interactions including proposal preparation, site inspections, and contract execution
