Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years sales experience
  • Minimum of four years industry experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to stay motivated and handle rejection
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Maintain stable performance under pressure
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures
  • Periodic travel up to 25 percent required
  • Regular attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret complex business or technical documents
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports and business correspondence
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software
  • Understanding of domestic and international regulatory compliance related to supply chain and transportation
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Duties

  • Model and act in accordance with guiding principles and core values
  • Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in new and existing accounts
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans
  • Contribute to company growth by closing deals
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and guide prospects toward purchase
  • Identify and build strategic relationships through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
  • Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
