Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of five years sales experience
- Minimum of four years industry experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to stay motivated and handle rejection
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Maintain stable performance under pressure
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures
- Periodic travel up to 25 percent required
- Regular attendance

- Understanding of domestic and international regulatory compliance related to supply chain and transportation
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects

Job Duties
- Model and act in accordance with guiding principles and core values
- Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in new and existing accounts
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans
- Contribute to company growth by closing deals
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and guide prospects toward purchase
- Identify and build strategic relationships through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
