Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Over 5 years of experience with rules, regulations administration, and compliance oversight
- Experience with incident and event reporting
- Knowledge of software application oversight and general project management
Job Duties
- Manage and support administration of all Global HESS functions including audits, investigations, inspections tracking, certificate management, non-conformities, organizational entity management, environmental exceptions, event reporting, electronic permits, and risk assessments
- Assist with projects expanding Global HESS by incorporating various entities and non-HESS areas
- Collaborate with corporate leads and working groups for event reporting to support standardization, governance, training, and functionality
- Work with corporate leads on electronic permits and risk assessments for standardization and training
- Co-manage significant content and system projects to ensure accessibility and usability
- Develop plans and artifacts for system enhancements, deployment, user acceptance testing, change management, and training
- Contribute to the development of reports based on system data
- Perform special projects as assigned by management
