Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience or training in shopping centers or equivalent retail environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
  • Effective writing and communication skills in public speaking
  • Good working knowledge of budgeting, accounting and financial analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environment

Job Duties

  • Maximize EBITDA through increasing all potential income sources while controlling expenses within Procure to Pay parameters
  • Manage net profit programs including Redistribution, Parking Services, and Waste Handling
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Strategic Business Plan addressing center opportunities and needs
  • Maximize permanent local leasing results through oversight of the leasing process from lead generation to tenant opening
  • Support Leasing Representative and Local Leasing Representative in leasing strategy implementation
  • Represent the company professionally and develop strong tenant relationships while proactively responding to tenant issues
  • Support Tenant Coordination and collaborate with local governmental permit agencies to facilitate tenant construction
  • Work with Security Services Provider to establish customized safety and security programs and Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
  • Support marketing in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance sales and revenues while utilizing social media and other technological resources
  • Maintain exceptional visual presentation and design standards including strategic placement of kiddie rides and vending uses
  • Create a world-class shopping experience through oversight of contracted services, preventative maintenance, energy and capital planning
  • Develop and retain a highly skilled mall team providing tools and training for performance maximization
  • Maximize mall influence and leadership within the community and with partners for company benefit
