Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience or training in shopping centers or equivalent retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
- Effective writing and communication skills including public speaking
- Good working knowledge of budgeting, accounting and financial analysis
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work environment
Job Qualifications

- Three to five years of experience or training in shopping centers or equivalent retail environment
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents
- Effective writing and public speaking skills
- Good working knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis

- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
Job Duties
- Maximize EBITDA through strategic income source growth and expense control
- Manage net profit programs including Redistribution, Parking Services, and Waste Handling
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Strategic Business Plan tailored to the center
- Maximize local leasing results by overseeing the tenant leasing process from lead generation to tenant opening
- Support Leasing Representatives in developing and implementing leasing strategies
- Represent the company professionally and maintain strong tenant relationships
- Coordinate with Tenant Coordination and local permit agencies to resolve construction obstacles
- Collaborate with Security Services to establish customized safety and security programs and Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
- Assist marketing in executing plans to enhance sales, increase SBV revenues, and utilize social media
- Maintain outstanding visual presentation and design within retail zones
- Ensure exceptional operational standards including preventive maintenance and energy planning
- Develop and retain a highly skilled team while ensuring policy adherence
- Enhance the mall's community influence and partnership roles
