Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications sports management or related field preferred
- prior experience in sports promotions or event coordination
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
- proficiency in digital content management
- ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications sports management or related field preferred
- experience in sports event promotion or game operations
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- passion for sports and entertainment industry knowledge
- familiarity with baseball preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare nightly game and promo scripts incorporating sponsor and corporate elements
- proactively research trends best practices and emerging technologies in promotions
- oversee promotional calendar creation and maintenance ensuring availability to appropriate parties
- develop plan for theme nights including pregame in-game and postgame elements and character appearances to secure sponsors
- coordinate logistics for game day appearances and entertainment including contracting entertainers set up and take down
- coordinate promotions products games and events with Corporate Client Services Manager ensuring contract execution and satisfaction
- manage execution of sponsored and non-sponsored promotions as needed
