Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or college diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
  • Ability to write and interpret business communications and reports
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts
  • Ability to mentor and influence others
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • VOICE certified preferred
  • 4+ years of related experience preferred
  • 4+ years of management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and guidance to front desk agents
  • Ensure seamless movement of guests checking in and out
  • Act as liaison between resort and timeshare guests/owners
  • Respond to emergency calls as Manager on Duty
  • Facilitate resolution of guest concerns and complaints
  • Train new department employees and ensure quality standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
