Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Rack Store for Nordstrom Stores roles
  • Prior experience in a Nordstrom Store for Nordstrom Rack roles
  • 1+ years of successful retail management experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with store manager, area/regional manager, and other leaders
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Passion to inspire others to deliver outstanding service
  • Dynamic leadership skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop future leaders
  • Proven track record of using key metrics to identify opportunities and drive business
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Drive store volume through support and education of Service Experience initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program and gift card sales
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate team members
  • Support the team in educating and assisting employees on tools, processes and systems to enhance customer shopping experience and increase sales
  • Create a solid business plan that enables team collaboration to meet service and sales goals
  • Drive continuous improvements to support departmental success
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with store managers, area/regional managers, and other leaders
  • Use key metrics to identify business opportunities and improve outcomes
