Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a Rack Store for Nordstrom Stores roles
- Prior experience in a Nordstrom Store for Nordstrom Rack roles
- 1+ years of successful retail management experience
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with store manager, area/regional manager, and other leaders
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion to inspire others to deliver outstanding service
- Dynamic leadership skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop future leaders
- Proven track record of using key metrics to identify opportunities and drive business
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Drive store volume through support and education of Service Experience initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program and gift card sales
- Recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate team members
- Support the team in educating and assisting employees on tools, processes and systems to enhance customer shopping experience and increase sales
- Create a solid business plan that enables team collaboration to meet service and sales goals
- Drive continuous improvements to support departmental success
- Build and maintain productive relationships with store managers, area/regional managers, and other leaders
- Use key metrics to identify business opportunities and improve outcomes
