Job Requirements
- Relevant hospitality experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with restaurant management software
- Ability to work full-time
- Reside on Kitsap Peninsula or willing to relocate
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Job Qualifications
- Several years of experience in high-quality, fast-paced restaurants

- Knowledge of restaurant computer systems and RSI software

- Experience in guest relations and conflict resolution
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house operations
- Manage a team of 20 FOH staff members
- Coordinate with the General Manager to implement restaurant policies
- Ensure high-quality guest service and satisfaction
- Maintain an efficient and positive work environment
- Utilize restaurant computer systems and RSI software for operations
- Address guest and staff concerns promptly and professionally
