Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in interior and exterior hotel property environments including multilevel properties and inclement weather
  • Ability to maintain seamless work continuation while traveling using mobile devices
  • Willingness to travel approximately 90 percent with a flexible work schedule
  • Ability to work under pressure with extended hours or days to meet deadlines
  • Ability to stand for approximately 50 percent of the day
  • Ability to sit and drive long distances for approximately 75 percent of the week
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, push, and pull while inspecting properties

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Multi-property experience
  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Industry certifications preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Compel owner involvement to achieve performance goals and drive franchisee satisfaction by embracing an Owner First mindset
  • Develop trusted relationships with external customers to educate, motivate, and influence adoption of tools and resources
  • Execute Wyndham Hotels and Resorts initiatives, projects, and related tasks
  • Execute a Portfolio Management strategy that improves overall performance through consistent communication and contact with hotels and owners
  • Analyze data to develop and execute strategies to expand revenue generation opportunities and drive growth
  • Drive net room growth through retention and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide accountability through documentation, follow-up, and system reporting
