Job Requirements
- Ability to work in interior and exterior hotel property environments including multilevel properties and inclement weather
- Ability to maintain seamless work continuation while traveling using mobile devices
- Willingness to travel approximately 90 percent with a flexible work schedule
- Ability to work under pressure with extended hours or days to meet deadlines
- Ability to stand for approximately 50 percent of the day
- Ability to sit and drive long distances for approximately 75 percent of the week
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, push, and pull while inspecting properties
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Multi-property experience
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Industry certifications preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Job Duties
- Compel owner involvement to achieve performance goals and drive franchisee satisfaction by embracing an Owner First mindset
- Develop trusted relationships with external customers to educate, motivate, and influence adoption of tools and resources
- Execute Wyndham Hotels and Resorts initiatives, projects, and related tasks
- Execute a Portfolio Management strategy that improves overall performance through consistent communication and contact with hotels and owners
- Analyze data to develop and execute strategies to expand revenue generation opportunities and drive growth
- Drive net room growth through retention and development opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide accountability through documentation, follow-up, and system reporting
