Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management preferably in the convenience or retail industry
- experience managing QSR concepts
- prior merchandising experience in the convenience store industry preferred
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- ability to read, understand, and translate P&L and CapEx reports
- ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- proficiency in MS Office
- excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- valid driver's license and proof of insurance with safe driving record

Job Duties
- oversee retail execution of food service and QSR concepts for the western region
- partner with operations to ensure store locations meet company program standards
- travel frequently to retail sites to provide leadership and support to district leaders and store managers
- ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- evaluate labor and production plans to maximize profitability through sales optimization and waste control strategies
- collaborate with training department and key vendors to develop training materials
- work with category management team to implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
- assist with new product launches and gather market and competitive information
