Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management preferably in the convenience or retail industry
  • experience managing QSR concepts
  • prior merchandising experience in the convenience store industry preferred
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • ability to read, understand, and translate P&L and CapEx reports
  • ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
  • exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • valid driver's license and proof of insurance with safe driving record

Job Duties

  • oversee retail execution of food service and QSR concepts for the western region
  • partner with operations to ensure store locations meet company program standards
  • travel frequently to retail sites to provide leadership and support to district leaders and store managers
  • ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
  • evaluate labor and production plans to maximize profitability through sales optimization and waste control strategies
  • collaborate with training department and key vendors to develop training materials
  • work with category management team to implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
  • assist with new product launches and gather market and competitive information
