Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years multi-unit management experience
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capable of standing for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work in varying temperature ranges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Business casual dress code

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Valid food handler and SERVSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma preference for college degree
  • Minimum 3 years multi-unit management experience in a QSR restaurant or high-volume retail c-store with significant foodservice sales or equivalent experience within Minuteman Food Marts
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature ranges
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Clear communication skills with subordinates peers and managers
  • Experienced in managing and developing teams
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting strategic vision into operational models
  • High level of integrity dependability and results orientation
  • Ability to recruit train develop and retain successful teams

Job Duties

  • Assist District and Store Managers to meet financial objectives based off of annual budget forecasts
  • Monitor and review month-to-month and year-to-year financial information on each location
  • Monitor and manage the companys KPIs daily weekly and monthly
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and develop training programs for store managers
  • Work with HR to conduct annual reviews on all direct reports
  • Responsible for training development expansion and quality control of commissary programs
  • Responsible for training quality control sales inventory validation and brand compliance of Little Caesars Express and other franchise food programs
  • Assist in development and implementation of marketing advertising public and community relations programs
  • Maintain foodservice standards by evaluating and auditing prepared food and dispensed beverage offerings
  • Work with the Director of Safety to ensure safe operation environments
  • Responsible for new program development training and rollouts
  • Project management of remodels new builds technology and equipment upgrades
  • Provide training and ensure compliance of food safety through certifications temp logs and proper food handling
  • Point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with laws rules regulations and guidelines
  • Support inventory management to ensure cost margin targets are achieved
  • Responsibilities and duties are subject to change based on company needs
