Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition preferred or equivalent education
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
- Serve Safe certification upon hire
- Minimum of 8 years management, supervisory or team lead experience
- Minimum of 8 years food service management experience in an acute-care hospital or similar institution
- Proficiency with database, application and Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Supervises and provides operational leadership in planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the day to day operational functions
- Manages Food and Nutrition Service, implements training programs for Food and Nutrition Services staff, and assures that established policies and procedures and compliance are maintained that govern the provision of dietetic services
- Provides administrative direction of menu formulation, food preparation and service, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices and personnel utilization
- Ensures patient and customer satisfaction and good public relations are achieved through the safe and efficient uses of resources
