Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics finance industrial engineering statistics or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in analytics business intelligence or related fields
- at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead analytical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Expertise in data visualization and coding tools
- Excellent communication skills

- Proven ability to lead high performing analytical teams delivering insights and tools that impact business strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into compelling stories
- Expertise in data visualization tools e g Tableau Power BI and coding applications e g SQL Python
- Excellent communication and influencing skills and ability to tailor messaging for executive audiences
- Experience and knowledge of F&B or Merchandise business preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics Finance Industrial Engineering Statistics or related field Master's preferred or equivalent work experience
Job Duties
- Manage and mentor a team of insights analysts and forecasting analysts fostering growth in analytical thinking business acumen and communication skills
- Build a culture of curiosity collaboration and accountability
- Translate complex data into clear actionable insights that inform product assortment operational efficiency and profitability and guest experience strategies
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools that measure KPIs and business outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities quantify impacts and prioritize initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to F&B and Merchandise leadership influencing decisions through data-driven narratives
- Collaborate and integrate with key partners e g Revenue Management Finance Pricing Industrial Engineering to ensure alignment on metrics methodologies and reporting standards
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics techniques where appropriate e g forecasting to enhance decision-making
- Champion process improvements and scalable solutions for reporting and measurement
