Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of food and beverage management experience or equivalent
  • Professional Food Managers certification
  • Nevada state certifications
  • knowledge of Minor Law, Liquor Law, and Health Code regulations
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • strong communication skills
  • compliance with company policies and applicable laws

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible and varying schedules
  • proficiency with point-of-sale (POS), purchasing, and inventory systems
  • experience coaching and mentoring staff
  • knowledge of Southern Nevada Health regulations
  • proper food handling certifications
  • consistent attendance
  • capability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

Job Duties

  • Manage leadership team and labor budget
  • maintain labor hours and costs
  • communicate business forecast changes
  • oversee service, production, quality, and controls
  • enforce food and beverage policies and procedures
  • handle sales and operating transactions
  • lead special event planning and execution
  • recruit, coach, train, and develop staff
  • perform performance appraisals
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • act as opening or closing manager
  • manage inventory and supply levels
  • optimize food, beverage, and non-labor costs
  • coordinate staffing with entertainment management
  • conduct management meetings
  • participate in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities
  • perform other assigned duties
