Job Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience
- MBA preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
- Proficient in office equipment including computers, printers, phones
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Availability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak event periods
- Ability to manage multiple workloads and priorities efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in catering and retail foodservice with purchasing experience preferably in live sport industry
- Experience building and implementing tracking programs and reports focused on food quality and guest experience
- Proven success working with a wide range of stakeholders and building strong working relationships
- Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience working with senior managers across multiple functional areas
- Excellent leadership skills with track record of budget achievement
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication, team building and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Self-starter with experience in task definition, feedback seeking and work evolution
- Collaborative mindset prioritizing team and high performance culture without ego

Job Duties
- Develop a plan to identify procurement opportunities that meet core sustainability standards and operational needs
- Work cross-functionally to produce, develop and deliver food and beverage procurement events
- Produce operational and financial analysis reports for procurement events to support evaluation of candidates
- Coordinate logistics planning including scheduling transportation, warehousing, access and HAACP tracking across venues with operations team leaders
- Develop purchasing budgets for key business areas and maintain overall food and beverage budget
- Manage auxiliary budgets such as Coca-Cola VIK budget, ensuring costs are tracked and reported
- Establish regular budget revision cadence including variance analysis
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks
- Implement cost control measures without compromising quality or guest satisfaction
- Develop clear steps to implement, monitor and measure plan deliverables through financial metrics and KPI tracking
- Manage purchasing and reconciliation process for directly purchased food and beverage items
- Develop methods to reconcile financial results in real time
